deacon brodies adress

William Brodie
1741 – 1788

By day, Brodie was a respectable cabinet maker, so well known for his craft he was bestowed the title of deacon.... By Night the Deacon would succumb to alcohol and gambling which eventually lead the deacon to visiting his patrons at night and stealing from the very cabinets he made. The deacon was eventually caught and hung for his acts, but his tale lived on thought the inspired writings of ‘The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde’
